Utilities Field Technician 1

The City of Pataskala is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Utilities Field Technician

• Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or GED; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Job duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in repair of water distribution leaks, assisting in collection system maintenance, inspecting designated City facilities, assisting operators in the operation of water and wastewater treatment plants, and meeting all job safety requirements.

• This position has a starting hourly rate of $22.05. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
• This position does require being placed in an on-call rotation and having the ability to respond to emergency situations after hours.
