Class I Water & Class II Wastewater Operator of Record

The Village of Jamestown, located in Greene County, Ohio, is currently accepting applications for a Water and Wastewater Operator of Record. This position serves as the Operator of Record for both the Water Treatment Plant and the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must possess valid Ohio EPA licenses: Water Class I and Wastewater Class II
• Must hold a high school Village of Jamestown, Ohio
  diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be in good physical condition
• Required to work weekdays, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage
• Must be willing to work in extreme weather and environmental conditions
• Required to be on call 24/7 for emergency response
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to pass drug screening and background checks
